Global Experience Specialists (GES) is the general service contractor at The Global Produce & Floral Show in Orlando.

Exhibitors should create an account to the GES site, and place orders by September 21 to receive discounted pricing.

GES is the exclusive provider for the following exhibitor services:

Material Handling - The unloading and delivery of all material and equipment from the convention center dock to exhibitor booths—and the loading of materials from booths back to outbound trucks.
Labor and Equipment - All mechanical and/or self-propelled equipment on the trade show floor must be under the control of GES. This includes forklifts, scooters, pallet jacks, genie lifts, and all other mechanical equipment.
Freight Storage - Empty crates and pallets may not be stored in exhibit booths. All empties must be tagged and stored by GES and will be returned after the show closes. Please note: The return of empty crates may take several hours.

Booth furnishings - Flooring, furniture, lighting
IFPA show packages - 10'x10' and 20'x20' packages that include:
- Standard Carpet
- (1) 6' skirted table and (2) contemporary side chairs
- (1) Wastebasket
- Cleaning for duration of the show
- 200 lbs. of material handling
- Product delivery and storage
Exhibit systems - Prices include shipping, delivery, rental, material handling and removal
Exhibit bundles - Includes: backwall, flooring, and furnishings as a complete booth package.
Graphics and signage – Order online and upload your graphics directly through the GES portal.
Cleaning - Sanitizer stations, vacuum, carpet shampoo, mop & wax, and porter service.
Domestic Shipping - Non-perishable items only
Perishable storage and delivery- Refrigerated and frozen storage for perishables

Please note that the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) is the exclusive provider for the following services, and orders must be placed directly through the OCCC:

Electrical
Hanging Signs/Rigging
Plumbing, Compressed Air, and Gas

Exhibitors may not use outside vendors for these services.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors

An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any contractor NOT listed on the approved vendor list who requires access to your booth during setup or tear-down hours.

EACs needing access to your booth during expo hours must be issued an official badge
Wristbands are not permitted on the show floor during expo hours

Review and submit the necessary EAC requirements in advance to ensure timely access and avoid delays.
