Friday, October 28: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. All halls are open to attendees.
Saturday, October 29: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. All halls are open to attendees.
Booth Setup/Move-Out Schedule
Each exhibitor will be assigned a Target Move-In Date (the date/time freight must be checked into the marshalling yard). This information, as well as shipping labels and instructions will be available in July with the exhibitor service kit. Review the schedule below and plan labor accordingly. Please note: Setup times are subject to change.
Sunday, Oct. 23
- 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Booth Setup
All booths may set up Sunday through Thursday, but check your assigned target move-in time (available in July) to see when your freight should arrive.
Monday, Oct. 24
- 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Booth Setup
All booths may set up Sunday through Thursday, but check your assigned target move-in time (available in July) to see when your freight should arrive.
Tuesday, Oct. 25
- 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Booth Setup
All booths may set up Sunday through Thursday, but check your assigned target move-in time (available in July) to see when your freight should arrive.
Wednesday, Oct. 26
- 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Booth Setup
All booths in halls A1 & A2 must be finished with major exhibit construction with empties tagged by 3:00 p.m. when Clean Floor Policy* goes into effect. Product merchandising and minor booth construction in these halls may continue until the expo begins on Thursday, Oct. 27.
For all other halls: Booths 400 sq. ft. or larger must be finished with major exhibit construction with empties tagged by 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26. Product merchandising and minor booth construction may continue through Thursday. Smaller booths may continue setting up through Thursday.
Thursday, Oct. 27
- 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Refrigerated/Frozen Product Delivery
Begins at 6:00 a.m. for halls A1-A2, 8:00 a.m. for all others - Noon - 5:00 p.m. Refrigerated/Frozen Product Delivery

Friday, Oct. 28
- 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Refrigerated/Frozen Product Delivery & Removal
All product tagged for Friday will start being delivered to booths at 6:00 a.m. and removal will begin at 8:00 a.m.
Saturday, Oct. 29
- 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Refrigerated/Frozen Product Delivery & Removal
All product tagged for Saturday will start being delivered to booths at 6:00 a.m. and removal will begin at 8:00 am. Any product left in refrigerated storage after noon on Saturday will be donated to the food bank. - 5:00 p.m. - 11:55 p.m. Move-Out
Relax in the exhibitor lounge while you wait for your empties or come back on Sunday.
Sunday, Oct. 30
- 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Move-Out
Due to an incoming show, booths in D1 & D2 must be completely cleared out by 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 30. All other booths must have carriers checked in by 10:00 a.m.
Monday, Oct. 31
- 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Move-Out
Carriers must be checked in by 8:00 a.m. All displays must be completely dismantled, crated and packed with bills of lading turned in to GES by 4:00 p.m.
*Clean Floor Policy
Due to the volume of crates—and to facilitate the installation and cleaning of aisle carpet— a Clean Floor Policy will be enforced. All aisles must be 100% clear of crates, product, ladders, gang boxes or any other items that may impede the installation of aisle carpet or they will be removed promptly, regardless of whether or not they are labeled. Requests to bring crates back from storage to the show floor before show opening are contingent upon the time it is requested and availability of forklift drivers. Labor fees will apply.
No Show Policy
Hall A1 & A2 exhibitors who have not begun setup by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26 will be considered a “No Show” unless you have notified Show Management. The cut-off for all other exhibitors is 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28.
