Shipping Advice
- Ship to the advance warehouse (recommended) so freight is in your booth when you arrive.
- If shipping direct to show site, ensure delivery is within the timeframe listed in the exhibitor schedule. Late freight may be refused or delayed.
- Complete before shipping:
- Material Handling Form (estimate weight if insure; billed on actual).
- Payment Form
- Label every box with your company name and booth number. Pallets may be broken down—labels ensure everything reaches your booth.
- For return shipments: Bring your outbound labels to the show.
- Cold storage:
- Use the Perishable Product label only for product going into cold storage.
- Do not send caterer product using the perishable product label—get instructions from catering.
- Use your own carrier or ship through Tricord for discounted rates.
- Provide your carrier with the Delivery Map so they arrive at the correct drop-off location.
- Plan for outbound shipping:
- Complete the Outbound Shipping Form to receive your bill of lading.
- Expo ends Friday; all outbound freight must depart by Saturday.
- All international shipments must be cleared through US Customs by exhibitors. Contact your shipping company for details.
Refrigerated Storage
- If you need pre-show storage for perishables or help sourcing product locally, coordinate directly with our recommended Produce Supplier.

- Review Perishable Product delivery times in advance.
- Product will be unloaded onsite, stored in refrigerated trailers, and delivered to your booth on Friday morning, unless you request otherwise in advance.
- Any product left in refrigerated storage after 3:00 p.m. on Friday will be donated to the food bank, unless alternate arrangements are made at the Exhibitor Service Desk.
