Do not leave valuable items unattended at your booth.
Label any items you wish to donate to the food bank using pink labels (available at the service desk).
Exhibitor-ordered carriers must be checked in by 5:00 p.m. for freight pick-up.
All displays must be fully torn down, crated, packed, and Bills of Lading submitted to Tricord by 6:00 p.m.
Shipping Information
All planning details, ordering, deadlines, and logistics will be available in the Exhibitor Service Kit, launching in April.
Advance Freight Receiving Dates (non-perishable materials only)
Monday, June 22 - Tuesday, July 21
Advance freight will be delivered to your booth space before exhibitor move-in to expedite your setup.
Direct Shipments (perishables & booth materials)
Wednesday, July 22 & Thursday, July 23 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday, July 24 from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
