IFPA Reacts to Signing of Regenerative Ag Executive Order
June 26, 2026
The International Fresh Produce Association appreciates the Trump Administration's continued focus on advancing regenerative agriculture and agricultural innovation and recognizes the important role these efforts can play in supporting the long-term sustainability and resilience of American agriculture.
Fresh produce growers have long been leaders in producing safe, nutritious food while adopting innovative farming practices that improve soil health, conserve natural resources, and strengthen the resilience of their operations. As the Administration moves forward, IFPA looks forward to working with the White House, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Environmental Protection Agency, and other federal partners to ensure future policies, programs, and regulatory processes continue to foster innovation and provide growers of all production types with access to the tools they need to remain productive and competitive.
America's fruit and vegetable growers operate across a wide range of crops, climates, and production systems. Recognizing those differences will be essential to developing practical, science-based approaches that strengthen both American agriculture and our nation's food system.
