Become One of 12 Leaders Shaping the Future of Fresh Produce & Floral
The IFPA Leadership Program is a fully funded, year-long experience designed to accelerate your influence across the fresh produce and floral industries.
Each year, just 12 high-potential professionals are selected to participate in this immersive leadership journey—gaining direct access to senior industry leaders, policymakers, and media environments where critical decisions are made. This is not a classroom program. It is an access-driven experience that equips you to lead, advocate, and represent the industry at the highest levels.
Since its launch in 1995, more than 300 professionals have graduated from the program—many of whom now serve in senior leadership roles across the industry.
Why This Program Stands Apart
- Highly selective cohort: Only 12 participants chosen annually
- Fully funded experience: Program and travel expenses are covered
- Cross-sector exposure: Engage directly with industry, government, and media leaders
- Proven legacy: More than 300 alumni leading across the supply chain
