The International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) Produce Executive Program NZ is an immersive, residential business school-style program that combines leadership and business skill development with industry insights, networking, and collaboration. It also emphasises key drivers of personal resilience and high performance, positioning participants for long-term success.
The program is delivered by international experts and prominent business leaders in the NZ produce industry, with a mix of interactive lectures, syndicate groups, experiential activities, case studies, and industry discussion sessions.
Who Should Attend
Middle to senior managers and high performing emerging leaders across the supply chain and from all segments of the fruit, vegetable, flower, nut and nursery industries in New Zealand. The program is limited to a maximum of 36 participants.
Registration Fee
IFPA Member Companies receive a $1,000 discount on their registration.
The registration fee is $8,995NZ for IFPA members or $9,995NZ for non members. The fee includes instruction, accommodation, all meals, books and supplies. No refunds are possible for any part of package not taken. Telephone and personal expenses, such as laundry and extra drinks, are not included.
