Supply Chain of the Future:
2026 Retrospective
An open industry look back at what the initiative delivered and where it goes next
Tuesday, October 27, 2026
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM ET
IFPA and Totem invite the entire fresh produce supply chain to a retrospective on the Supply Chain of the Future initiative. Open to everyone — IFPA membership is not required.

About This Retrospective
The Supply Chain of the Future is an industry-wide collaboration to modernize fresh produce from field to consumer through open-source tools, harmonized standards, and real-time data sharing.
Now IFPA and Totem are opening the floor for a candid look back. This retrospective will revisit what the pilot programs actually produced, what proved harder than expected, and what the industry should carry into the next phase.
This is a working conversation rather than a presentation — and it is open to the entire supply chain. IFPA membership is not required.
"Progress on an open supply chain depends on the whole industry showing up — not just the members."
In This Session, You'll Learn
- What the Supply Chain of the Future pilot programs delivered in 2026
