The Science & Technology Circle of Excellence Award recognizes individuals or organizations that apply STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) disciplines to advance our industry. This includes developing new products, improving processes, or adding significant value for customers.
Presented annually at The Global Produce & Floral Show, this prestigious award celebrates the innovation that is shaping the future of our supply chain.
Nomination Criteria
This award is open to both individuals and organizations that operate within the global produce and/or floral supply chain. The honoree will be selected based on the following:
- IFPA Member Nomination: Nominees must be nominated by an IFPA member (the nominee does not need to be a member).
- STEM Application: Demonstrates the application of STEM disciplines.
- Disruptive Innovation: Introduces disruptive or significantly improved practices, processes, or products.
- Measurable Benefits: Provides clear, measurable benefits to customers and the supply chain.
