Requirements & Details

Think strategically beyond their own business.
Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and investment in the industry.
Are curious, open to new ideas, and want to solve challenges facing Australian horticulture.
Will actively contribute insights back to the industry.

*Additional weighting given to levy-funded applicants and alumni of the IFPA A-NZ Produce Executive Program.*

Be based in Australia with valid travel documentation/visas.
Be employed within or directly connected to the horticulture or fresh produce supply chain.
Have confirmed employer support.
Hold a leadership position or demonstrate potential.
Be available to travel from 10–17 October 2026.
Commit to becoming an IFPA member if selected.

This is a co-investment program. Successful participants will be required to contribute:
