Requirements & Details
- Think strategically beyond their own business.
- Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and investment in the industry.
- Are curious, open to new ideas, and want to solve challenges facing Australian horticulture.
- Will actively contribute insights back to the industry.
*Additional weighting given to levy-funded applicants and alumni of the IFPA A-NZ Produce Executive Program.*
- Be based in Australia with valid travel documentation/visas.
- Be employed within or directly connected to the horticulture or fresh produce supply chain.
- Have confirmed employer support.
- Hold a leadership position or demonstrate potential.
- Be available to travel from 10–17 October 2026.
- Commit to becoming an IFPA member if selected.
This is a co-investment program. Successful participants will be required to contribute:
- Indicative amount: ~AUD $8,500
- Exclusions: Travel insurance and personal expenses are not covered.
Participation requires a time commitment before, during, and after the program, including reporting back to the industry up to Hort Connections 2027.
