Floral Update: Blooming With Gratitude

As we wrap up another incredible year together, I want to take a moment to highlight a few bright spots from across our floral portfolio, and to thank you for the continued partnership, candor, and creativity you bring to this community every single day.

A Blooming Moment at the White House
One of the most joyful highlights this year was supporting the White House with floral donations. The White House Easter Egg Roll was an effort that helped place hundreds of thousands of stems in the hands of families, visitors, and community members. It was a beautiful reminder of the power our industry has to spread joy, connection, and color in moments both big and small. Additionally, we also helped supply mums for Halloween – a small but meaningful way to extend floral joy to those visiting the White House that day.

Record Floral Buyer Turnout at the Global Produce & Floral Show
This year’s Global Show brought our largest floral buyer turnout on record – a milestone that reflects both the momentum we’re building and the value our community continues to create together. On the donation side, our exhibitors once again astounded us with their generosity, contributing more than 30,000 pounds of flowers and plants that were shared across the region.

We’re also working to quantify the broader reach of our post-show activations. This includes the 261 door-to-door floral deliveries made in partnership with a senior community, along with additional engagements supported by That Flower Feeling through their activation at The Grove.

Looking Back, Looking Ahead
I cannot thank you enough for the warm welcome you have given me this year. Your openness, partnership, and honest conversations have helped shape our work and our wins in meaningful ways. I’m grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me and in IFPA as we grow this portfolio together.

Looking ahead to 2026, I’m excited to continue expanding our floral work in purposeful ways – from strengthening our advocacy presence, to elevating the buyer and exhibitor experience, to exploring new opportunities that help our community thrive. There is so much more we can grow together, and I’m eager for all that’s ahead. Thank you again for a truly remarkable year. Here’s to doing even bigger and bolder things in 2026.
