What is the Women’s Fresh Perspectives Mentoring Program?

We have partnered with Pollinate Networks Inc. to build a comprehensive mentorship program at the International Fresh Produce Association. There are two cohorts each year for the program. After being accepted, you will submit an intake form to help us match you with a mentor or mentee. IFPA will then guide you through a six-month long partnership with tools, resources, and a recommended meeting cadence. We hope you build a lifelong connection with your mentor/mentee!

Who Should Participate?

We welcome all members at every stage of their career to apply. Mentees are typically just starting out with only a few years or less of industry experience, while mentors are more established in their roles.

This isn’t an application. It’s how we get to know you!

Our goal is to match every participant based on your goals, interests, and experience. We then try our best to expand our mentor community to meet demand.

You don’t have to be a senior executive to be a mentor. If you have experiences, lessons learned, or a perspective to share, you can make a meaningful impact.
