Program Overview
A leadership program for managers and high performers across the supply chain of the fruit, vegetable, flower, nut and nursery industries in Australia and New Zealand.
The International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) Produce Executive Program is a fully residential, business-school-style executive program. It delivers a unique blend of skill development, industry insight and peer networking, led by world-class educators alongside senior industry leaders.
The program format includes interactive lectures, syndicate group work, case studies, group assignment workshops and facilitated industry discussion sessions.

Middle to senior managers from across the supply chain and all segments of the fruit, vegetable, flower, nut and nursery industries in Australia and New Zealand.
Places are limited to a maximum of 42 participants.

Hort Innovation Scholarships
We are grateful for the support of Hort Innovation, which is offering:
- Full Scholarships: 8 places covering the full registration fee (Open to vegetable levy-paying businesses).
- Partial Scholarships: 12 places available to Australian horticulture supply chain members (35% subsidy, reducing the program fee to $6,171.75 + GST).
