Marshalling Yard & Parking:
- Address: 7945 Mandarin Drive, Orlando, FL, 32819, USA
- All deliveries, including personal vehicles, must check into the Marshalling Yard
- Carriers must check in by 2:00 p.m. for same-day unloading.
Personally Owned Vehicles (POV)
If you are making a delivery using a personally owned vehicle, after checking in at the Marshalling Yard, a dock foreman will give you a pass and direct you where to unload. You will need the registered booth name, booth number and identification.
Parking: The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) operates on-site vehicle parking at both West and North-South Buildings. Additional parking is also offered at the Destination Parkway Garage. Parking rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces operate on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on roadway signage on International Drive, Universal Boulevard, and the surrounding area.
Perishable Product Delivery:
GES will send the primary and secondary booth contacts an email notifying you that your perishable product shipment arrived in the marshalling yard. If you want to add someone to that notification, submit this form.
Perishable product will be accepted at the show site beginning Sunday, October 11.
All product delivery and pick-up between refrigerated storage and your booth is provided by GES at NO CHARGE. Product will be delivered to your booth during the following times according to the color-coded labels used:
- Tuesday, Floral Only between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday, between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Friday, between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Use the Color-Coded Refrigerated Storage Delivery Labels to show which day specific product is needed. Any product received without a specific color-coded label indicating a specific delivery day will default to "Thursday" delivery without exception. Use "Do Not Refrigerate" labels for non-refrigerated items to be delivered directly to your booth.
Rules and Regulations:
- Florida is a right-to-work state. Full-time employees of the exhibiting company may set up and dismantle their own booth. Services such as electrical, rigging, plumbing, utilities, and material handling must be performed by authorized labor (GES & OCCC).
- Dollies, carts, strollers and wagons are prohibited on the show floor.
- Solid walls are discouraged as they block sight lines to neighboring booths and should be kept to a minimum, if possible (rules for full walls will roll out next year).
- Exhibitors in a corner booth are permitted to remove the aisle-facing rail.
- Exhibitors must review the Fire Marshal Regulations for information about construction, display materials and cooking in your booth.
- All exhibitors with multi-level or covered booths must submit an application for review and approval by the Fire Marshal at least 60 days prior to move-in.
- Exhibitors sampling products must submit a sampling authorization form.
- Be respectful of your neighbors; keep noises below 75 dB (if they can't carry on a conversation, it's too loud).
- No soliciting business or sampling product outside booth space unless an agreement has been made through sponsorship opportunities.
- Children under 18 are not allowed on the show floor during setup or dismantling.
- Attendees may only leave carrying 1 bag of exhibitor product per day.
Booth Dismantle:
Exhibitor tear-down begins Friday, Oct. 16 at 5 p.m.
All booths are assigned a target move-out day and time. This is when your carrier needs to check in at the Marshalling Yard to pick up your return materials.
Relax in the Exhibitor Lounge while you wait for your empty crates!
Go to the Exhibitor Lounge in Room 206A at the entrance to Hall A4|B1 where you can get updates, enjoy food & beverages while you wait. The return of empties will take hours; if you leave your booth, please secure or remove any valuables.
- EACs may enter the floor at 6:00 p.m.
- Early tear-down before 5:00 p.m. will incur 1 Priority Point penalty.
- Submit a pre-printed material handling form before the show and on-site you will receive pre-printed outbound shipping labels and your bill of lading.
Once your booth is packed, labeled and ready for load out, submit your bill of lading (BOL) to GES and ensure your carrier is checked in at the Marshalling Yard at your allocated move-out time. GES will call your carrier to the docks and load it out.
